Is your printer connected and updated?
To check, go to your computers menu, type in "printers and scanners". Make sure that your printer is listed and is selected as "default". Make sure that it has the latest update. Restart the computer then try again.
Does the user have permission to print?
Login to the admin account>configurations>security template.
Double check that the user has "Print Returns" selected under their security template.
Go to your browser settings menu>select more tools>clear browsing data. Tabs should be restored, if not reset computer.
